False Solomon's Seal (Maianthemum racemosum) also known as: Feathery False Lily of the Valley, Feathery False Solomon's Seal, Solomon's Plume, False Spikenard, etc.  Division - Magnoliaphyta Class - Liliopsida Subclass - Liliidae Order - Liliales Family - Liliaceae Genus - Maianthemum  I found a bunch of these around Fairmount Park, mostly in quite dark, forested places, making it hard to get good photographs.
